It’s 11am on a warm and windy Sunday morning on the 13th of March. I and seemingly half of South Africa have decided to enter or to come out and support the Cape Argus cycle tour. My trusty bicycle and I have been hanging around the centre of Cape Town since 9 this morning, waiting anxiously for our group to be summoned to the starting line.
